W. R. Berkley Corporation Appoints John M. Littzi Vice President and Senior Counsel

Littzi as vice president and senior counsel, where he will continue to be responsible for the legal aspects of business development transactions, alternative investments and general corporate matters. The appointment is effective immediately.

Mr. Littzi has over 10 years of legal experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, investment management and corporate law. He joined W. R. Berkley Corporation in 2011 as assistant vice president and senior counsel from the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LP, based in New York, New York. He earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Bucknell University.
