Mr. Suter is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. After serving in the Army and attaining the rank of Captain, he graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He practiced law privately for several years before joining St. Paul as an Underwriting Director of Small Commercial Accounts. Mr. Suter spent the past eight years as Assistant Vice President for The Hartford, where he was responsible for all business development in the company’s Captive and Specialty Programs Division.
