In addition to his new responsibilities, Feuer will continue to lead the brokerage’s U.S. middle-market and small commercial segment, a spokesperson for the brokerage announced. “By expanding Mark’s role, we’re further leveraging his proven expertise in developing powerful sales distribution platforms and creating a differentiated service culture that will benefit our U.S. clients,” Marsh Chairman and CEO Brian Storms said in a statement.
Feuer joined Marsh in 2006 from Merrill Lynch. In his new role, he reports to Timothy J. Mahoney Jr., Marsh’s CEO of the Americas, who will assume “an even higher profile” with Marsh’s largest U.S. and global accounts.
