Roberts joins from CNA Europe, where she was director of claims for four years, and prior to that she worked at Chubb Insurance Company of Europe for six years as European casualty claims manager.
In her role at Argo International, Roberts will be responsible for providing effective strategic, operational and technical leadership on all claims matters.
