Small Fleet Truckers Occupational Accident Insurance Program


 

Trinity Risk now offers Occupational Accident Insurance for Owner Operator small accounts (as few as two drivers)

  • Program Limit:
    • $1,000,000 combined single limit per person.
  • Accident Death & Dismemberment:
    • $50,000 lump sum; $2,000 per month thereafter, up to 100 months
  • Accident Medical:
    • $1,000,000 maximum medical and dental expense benefit
    • $0 deductible per accident
    • 104 week maximum benefit period
  • Temporary Total Disability:
    • $500 weekly benefit after 7 day waiting period
    • 104 week maximum benefit period
  • Permanent Total Disability:
    • $500 weekly benefit after 104 week waiting period
    • Maximum benefit payable to age 70
  • Non-Occupational Accident:
    • $10,000 AD&D principal sum/paid lump sum
    • $10,000 medical and dental expense benefit
    • $0 deductible per accident
    • 104 week maximum benefit period
  • Hernia, Hemorrhoid, Occupational Disease, Cumulative Trauma:
    • $10,000 per accident limit
    • $0 deductible per accident
  • Passenger Accident Death and Dismemberment:
    • $50,000 principal sum
    • $25,000 lump sum; $1,000 per month thereafter up to 25 months
  • Passenger Accident Medical Expense:
    • $50,000 maximum medical and dental benefit
    • $0 deductible per accident
    • 104 week maximum benefit period

Occupational Accident benefits are underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company, rated “A” by AM Best 2013, and are subject to the terms, definitions, conditions, exclusions and limitations of the group policy.
