Willis Towers Watson Strengthens its P&C Insurance Business with Two New Senior Hires

Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointments of Jeffery Hay and Kathryn Walker as senior directors, consulting services within its Insurance Consulting and Technology, Americas P&C practice. In their new roles, Hay and Walker will deliver pricing, predictive analytics, reserving, product and underwriting solutions for the company’s P&C clients. Hay and Walker are based, respectively, in Weatogue, CT, and Stamford, CT.

Hay joins Willis Towers Watson from The Hartford where he held several roles across his 13-year tenure. Most recently, he served as head of product management, Personal Lines and prior to this, as vice president of Middle Market Division Management. Hay graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in actuarial science and economics. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Walker joins from Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. where she served as consulting actuary for Predictive Analytics. Prior to this, she was assistant vice president and actuary for Specialty Pricing at CNA Insurance. Walker has a B.S. in industrial management from Purdue University. She is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a director on the Casualty Actuarial Society Board.
