David brings more than 30 years of managed care experience to PMA and is a recognized industry thought leader. Most recently, he was Vice President, Workers’ Compensation Products at Optum. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
