Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Inc., part of Wells Fargo & Company, acquired iLeader Risk Management Solutions, a single office, insurance brokerage located in Tampa, Florida and Orca Bay Benefits, LLC, a single office, employee benefits insurance brokerage located in Mercer Island, Washington.
