For the past 13 years, Hickman served in the capacity of Controller/Chief Financial Officer and brings a wealth of premium finance and management knowledge to the position. Prior to UPAC, Hickman was the Controller at Mayflower and practiced as a CPA for Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young.
