Senate Passes NFIP Extension until Dec. 31, House Still to Vote on Bill

The U.S. Senate passed legislation to extend the National Flood Insurance Program until Dec. 31. The House has yet to decide when it will vote on the bill. The current NFIP extension is set to expire March 28, 2010.
