Plans to Cut Down on WC Claims Dispute Processing in New York

In a June 1 letter to Governor Eliot Spitzer, Eric Dinallo, New York State Insurance Superintendent, outlined a plan for reforming the resolution process of disputed Workers Comp claims. According to officials, the plan cuts down the time of resolving disputed claims from over 6-months to 90-days.
