NAS Insurance Services announced the addition of Jeff Jacobs as Vice President of Specialty Underwriting. Jacobs' arrival supports the regional growth of NAS as the firm expands underwriting staff in Atlanta, Chicago and New York. NAS headquarters remain in Los Angeles."Jeff is widely recognized as a leader in the industry and he brings valuable experience to our rapidly expanding business," said Michael Palotay, Chief Underwriting Officer at NAS. "His underwriting expertise, broker relationships and enthusiasm for specialty will be a great support for our teams and our clients in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast regions."
In this new role, Jeff will oversee the expansion of NAS' Specialty Lines including Misc. E&O, Tenant Discrimination and a new approach to Architects & Engineers professional liability. He will focus his efforts on managing NAS' relationships with producers and growing NAS' presence across the US.
