Lexington Insurance Company Extends CrisisResponse Coverage to Healthcare Insureds

Lexington Insurance Company, a Chartis company, today announced the extension of its CrisisResponse(R) coverage to healthcare facilities and physician groups. The coverage is designed to provide expertise and resources to properly manage and control the immediate aftermath of a crisis event, as defined in the policy.

Available as an endorsement to Lexington Insurance Company’s primary general liability or lead umbrella policy forms that are provided to hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient facilities and physician groups, CrisisResponse provides up to $100,000 of crisis response coverage in addition to the general liability policy limits, or up to $250,000 of crisis response coverage in addition to the lead umbrella policy limits.
