Jay Sharma Appointed as Marsh’s Multinational Client Service Director

Marsh, a leading insurance broker and risk advisor, today announced the appointment of Jay Sharma as Multinational Client Service Director. In this newly created role, Mr. Sharma will work closely with Marsh's dedicated multinational specialists in over 100 countries to ensure that "one team" delivers insurance solutions and service excellence to Marsh's multinational clients.

Mr. Sharma will initially focus on Marsh's U.S. & Canada Division and will lead initiatives to improve network management operations. He will work with Elizabeth Demaret, who recently joined Marsh also in the role of Multinational Client Service Director; Ms. Demaret will initially focus on Marsh’s International Division and colleagues in Marsh's Multinational servicing offices.

Mr. Sharma has 18 years' experience in the insurance broking industry. Since 2004, he has served as a client executive in Marsh's New York Metro partnership. Mr. Sharma joined Marsh in 1992 as a member of its aviation team.

Mr. Sharma is based in New York and will report to Mr. Allen.
