Industry Veterans Promoted to Newly Created Leadership Positions Within Aon Global Risk Consulting

Aon Global Risk Consulting, the world's leading risk consulting organization, today announced the promotion of Mike Giacobbe and Laura Taylor to two newly created leadership positions. Giacobbe was appointed managing director of business development for the Americas and Taylor was named global leader of enterprise risk management.

In his new role, Giacobbe will lead the U.S. business development team and align AGRC more closely with Aon Risk Services, the risk management and insurance brokerage business of Aon Corp., to provide clients with customized integrated products and services. Previously, Giacobbe served as director of AGRC's enterprise risk management practice.

Taylor will streamline the development and delivery of AGRC's enterprise risk management products and solutions while overseeing regional resource and product development in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to assuming her new position, Taylor was managing director and national practice leader of AGRC's enterprise risk management practice.
