The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York (IIABNY) is now offering its 1,750 agent-broker members preferred access to staffing services through an agreement with Work At Home Vintage Employees LLC (WAHVE). IIABNY members will enjoy an exclusive benefit of having setup fees waived upon purchasing WAHVE's services.
Under the agreement, New York City-based WAHVE will provide experienced insurance professionals to insurance agents and brokers throughout New York State on a contract basis.
"One problem that we have consistently heard from our members across the state is that they have a hard time finding, hiring and then training talented staff for their businesses," stated Lisa Lounsbury, CAE, AAI, IIABNY senior vice president. "Having experienced and knowledgeable workers to fulfill responsibilities to clients and support sales activity is vital to every insurance agency's success. WAHVE, formed in 2010, provides domestic remote staffing services for more than 25 insurance firms throughout the United States.

Insurance firms throughout the country are finding domestic outsourcing to be a viable, productive option for their staffing needs, she noted.
