Agricultural manufacturers of these products blend or mix hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals with organic and inorganic materials to create an end product. Fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides – along with their ingredients and waste materials – have the potential to cause third-party bodily injury and property damage as well as environmental contamination from storage, handling or disposal.
