Call for Entries in the 2011 IMCA Showcase™ Awards

The Insurance Marketing Communications Associationsm (IMCA) is pleased to announce a worldwide call for entries for its prestigious
IMCA Showcase™ Awards. These are the insurance industry’s longest-running creative awards for marketing and communications professionals.

The 2011 IMCA Showcase offers awards in 35 categories, recognizing outstanding work across internal corporate, external corporate and marketing communications, and electronic, print, social and broadcast media. The contest is open to IMCA members and nonmembers alike, and
all submissions are eligible for Best of Show and Awards of Excellence awards.

IMCA’s top recognition, the coveted SAMMYsm prize, is awarded to the overall best submission and voted on by attendees at the IMCA Annual meeting.
Last year’s top winners included Liberty Mutual, PEMCO Insurance, The Allied World Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance and The Great American Insurance Group. PEMCO Insurance garnered the SAMMYsm for its “Four Way Stop” entry, part of its “Northwest Profiles” campaign.

This year’s Showcase Awards – the 53rd annual – will be presented at the Showcase Gala on June 28th. This event will take place as part of IMCA’s 2011 Annual Meeting, June 26-29 at the Hilton Hotel in Toronto, Ontario. Deadline for entries is April 1, 2011.
