Applied Systems Client Network Gears Up for Annual Insurance Education Conference

Applied Systems Client Network is accepting registration for its annual Technology, Education and Networking Conference (TENCon) this year, featuring brand-new education and training for principals, accountants, CSRs and IT staff in businesses who use Applied Systems  insurance agency and broker management solutions.

Published on July 21, 2011

The 26th annual TENCon takes place September 20-23 at the Gaylord Palms Hotel & Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Those who register before Aug. 22 take advantage of early-registration savings on conference fees. ASCnet is the international Applied Systems user group that hosts TENCon.

The conference provides education and training for insurance professionals who use TAM®, Epic™ and Vision™ agency management software from Applied Systems. Participants can earn continuing education credits. The conference is organized for personnel throughout the insurance industry, including principals, agents, customer service representatives, IT and accounting professionals.

Each year, the conference attracts a multi-national group of insurance professionals interested in technology and business education, peer networking and industry advocacy.

“We want TENCon attendees to look at the conference as a one-stop shop,” ASCnet CEO Steve Johnson said. “This is the one place where industry professionals can come to learn more about their agency management systems. Then they can take what they’ve learned back to their agencies or brokerages and make them just that much better and more efficient. And, of course, with a multi-national crowd expected, that gives everyone a chance to network and learn even more from others in the industry.”

This year’s schedule offers more than 150 education sessions for all roles in an agency or brokerage, including new sessions in a track especially for principals. Also included is TENCon Exchange, the tradeshow exhibit area where agents, brokers, carriers, Applied Systems professional staff and vendors can interact and share the latest information on insurance technology and other aspects of agency and broker business management.

Exhibiting this year along with Applied Systems is Artizan Internet Services, an Applied Systems company. Professional staff will demonstrate Artizan products, including Web-design services and CSR24®, the industry’s foremost solution for client self-service and policy access.

TENCon is open to ASCnet members and all users of Applied Systems solutions. For more information and to register, visit www.ascnet.org
