Franco will focus on mergers and acquisitions for Aon Consulting's large U.S.-based multinational clients. He also will develop intellectual capital and tools as well as identify new business opportunities in targeted U.S. markets.
Franco has more than 35 years of global industry experience, living and working in several dozen countries on major human resource consulting assignments. Franco is an expert in the design of global, international and local country reward programs, including traditional compensation, benefits, perquisites and other terms of employment. He most recently served in leadership positions with Towers Perrin and Hewitt.
