Ace Adds to Trade Credit Team in London, NY

Specialty international insurer, Ace Global Markets has made three appointments to its trade credit teams in London and New York.

Stuart James has been appointed head of trade credit based in London with effect from June 1, 2010. He will be responsible the performance and development of the business on a global basis.

James will report to Julian Edwards, head of political risk & credit at Ace Global Markets. He will join Ace from EH Collections, part of credit insurance provider Euler Hermes and was previously head of strategic and global account management.

Peter Amos has been appointed underwriting manager of the team with effect from September 1, 2010. He will join from credit insurer Atradius where he was head of special products, UK and Ireland.

Paul Holroyd has been appointed senior underwriter in London with effect from June 1, 2010. He will join Ace from Euler Hermes and was strategic account manager.

Howard Lee joins Ace as underwriter of trade credit based in New York and will report to Joe Loiacano, manager of Ace’s trade credit business in New York.
