Opportunity for Insurance Intermediaries
Nearly all private M&A transactions between $50M-$1B now use RWI as a pure replacement for Seller indemnities. RWI effectively facilitates a clean exit for seller and provides buyer with indemnification coverage (typically provided for under an M&A purchase agreement) through a third-party insurer. As a result, RWI delivers your client a custom indemnity package (limits, survival, etc.), expedites deal negotiations, and enhances ROI for both buyer and seller.
