The Certus team is comprised of senior level construction, casualty and property examiners who are well-versed in legal and coverage matters pertaining to construction defect claims. These individuals have significant experience in adjusting claims for general contractors, developers, and artisan subcontractors. Their experience includes the adjusting and management of claims involving commercial general liability policies (primary and excess), wrap-ups/owner controlled policies, and builder's risk policies.
