First dollar coverage, zero deductible now available on all classes
Lowered minimum premiums for group or air ambulance services, medical spas performing laser, surgicenters limited to endoscopy, and surgicenters limited to eye procedures
Added as an eligible class: "boutique" surgical hospitals (generally with overnight stays not exceeding 72 hours)
Extended Reporting Period (ERP) option increased to 5 years
Abuse and Molestation Coverage with a sub-limit of $100,000/$300,000 now included at no additional premium
$5,000,000 limit now available
Submissions from New Mexico and Puerto Rico now accepted
Employee Benefits Liability is available with the General Liability coverage option
In several states the policy is now endorsed to eliminate the drop down in limits provision
