• Access to thousands of easily accessible insurance programs through Storefronts that provide quick quote turnaround, competitive products, and agency marketing support if needed.
• An easier way to determine which markets will write particular types of business. The Trading Floor’s robust technology offers a fast track to niche marketing within a specialty sector.
• Full-Time Customer Service dedicated to serving agents using the Trading Floor. This includes assistance with contacting underwriters for priority placement, training employees, finding SIC Codes, and any other needs related to Trading Floor Membership. These services are available from 6am to 3pm PST, Monday through Friday.
• Submission History Tracking for easy follow-up on individual submissions. This assists our customer service team with helping you follow up on accounts that have not received satisfactory response and helps ensure a successful outcome on most accounts.
• Marketing support. Many agencies use ProgramBusiness.com as a supplemental tool to their marketing departments. We offer another hand at a fraction of what it would cost to hire an additional person in house to assist with placing accounts.
