Texas only; Oil and Gas, Water Well Drilling, Tank Manufacturing and Erection, $250,000 minimum premium for well services and pipeline construction and any offshore exposure / $1,000,000 minimum premium for framing, wallboard, and insulation contractors (retro plans only) / $100,000 minimum for other classes.
California only; $250,000 minimum premium / $1,000,000 minimum premium for framing, wallboard, and insulation contractors (retro plans only).
Alaska & Hawaii only; commercial contractors / $75,000 minimum premium.
Excluded classes; roofing, asbestos/lead abatement, employee leasing, trucking, underground mining, and oil and gas services "over the hole"
Claims & Loss Control Services: Highly specialized services provided locally in California, Alaska, & Hawaii, and other states, by internal carrier staff.Policy Plans: Guaranteed Cost, Retrospective Rating, and Deductible Plans written on an admitted basis. AM Best Rating: A – VII (Excellent).
Submission Requirements:
5 year payroll history - payroll history by classification.
5 year currently valued carrier issued loss runs (valuation date should be within 120 days of requested effective date).
Copy of current NCCI or WCIRB Experience Rating Worksheet.
Current Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Comments) - audited financial are preferred.
Completion of PointSure specific Supplemental Applications (call for details).
