1. Claims Made Products Liability
This coverage is available for risks that are manufacturing, importing/exporting, distributing and private labeling. We offer this program in all states (excluding MS.) Can consider tougher manufacturing classes, like those importing goods from China.
True Worldwide coverage is available for claims brought anywhere in the world. This program has limits available up to $5,000,000 with various deductible options. Retroactive coverage is available for risks renewing from another carrier.
2. Occurrence Products Liability for Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturers
Coverage is offered to risks private labeling cosmetic products. This product is offered on A rated occurrence paper. Policy includes blanket additional insured vendor at no additional premium. Coverage is only available for standard non- custom formulations.
Lower rates are available where the manufacturer names insured as additional insured on broad vendors form. This program is offered in all states excluding MS, AL, WV
3. Home Based Manufacturers
We are offering coverage to home based risks that are manufacturing cosmetics products (i.e.: lotions, creams, soaps, salt scrubs,) out of all natural ingredients. Coverage is offered for risks that design their own packaging formulation and distribution for the product line.
Coverage is only available for distribution and sales of the products in the United States. This program is offered in all states excluding MS, AL, and WV. Allows for risks that have gross receipts up to $50,000 per year.
