Our senior living program brings professional liability, general liability, employee benefit liability and sexual misconduct coverage together in one policy designed to meet the unique insurance needs of nursing homes and other long-term-care facilities. 

Eligible Facilities

• Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Continuing Care Retirement Communities
• Assisted living facilities
• Independent living facilities
• Our Program targets facilities where the majority of residents are geriatric (55 and older)

Lines of Business:

• Claims Made Professional Liability $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• General Liability $1,000,000/$3,000,000 (limits are in addition to and separate from Professional Liability limits)
• Employee Benefit Liability $1,000,000 / $3,000,000
• Sexual Misconduct Liability $1,000,000 / $1,000,000
• Medical Expense $15,000
• Damage to Premises Rented To You $15,000 per location
• Evacuation Expense (Optional)

Excess limits are available on selected risks up to an additional $5,000,000 ($6,000,000 in all).

Occurrence PL/GL Limits available on select risks in select jurisdictions.
