Lewis-Chester has been insuring Senior age restricted developments for over 30 years through our ‘Affordable Housing Insurance program" Insuring the Communities senior bus has from the beginning at times been difficult to place often due to the carriers lack of understanding of the local operations of these buses and the historic positive loss experience we have had.
If we place the senior development we can almost always place the Auto including the "senior" buss. As you'd expect Loss Runs and MVR's will be needed.
