Youth Focused Programs Insurance


 

Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. has expanded products within the Youth Services field to include At Risk Youth, Alternatives to Incarceration and Youth Intervention programs.

Foster Care and Adoption Agencies are also eligible to participate in ISA's unique insurance and loss control programs that are tailored to the issues facing this segment.

Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs and Headstart programs are also eligible through ISA's various youth programs. These programs are distributed exclusively through Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers and target programs demonstrating high quality of service and dedication to children served.

At Risk Youth, Alternatives to Incarceration & Youth Intervention
Product Features: Accounts should follow a Behavior based model and the locations should be staff secure. Minimum package premium for eligible programs approximately $100,000. Jail oriented programs are ineligible.

  • Sexual abuse:  Separate Dedicated Limits and coverage for employee/client/3rd Party Umbrella
  • Commercial Automobile
  • Crime Broadened Property
  • Defense outside the limits
  • Coverage for Psychiatrists
  • Wind coverage is available on a non-admitted basis for accounts that have coastal exposure

ISA Foster Care and Adoption Product Features: Package includes Property, Auto, General Liability , Professional Liability, Abuse and Umbrella. Minimum premium for eligible Foster Care is $75,000* and $25,000* for eligible Adoption Agencies. * Premiums below the minimum requirements may be eligible - call 1.800.622.8272 for details.

  • General Liability, Professional Liability and Abuse coverage will be on non-admitted paper.
  • General Liability Occurrence, Professional and Abuse claims made
  • Abuse coverage limits up to $1,000,000

Risk Management and Loss Control services and resources include On-line training for employees, foster families and volunteers instill best practices and address field related topics, such as, effects of abuse, protecting foster parents from false allegations, hazing and bullying prevention and various methods to keep children safe and ensure beneficial home visits

Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs and Headstart Program Features: ISA's strengths and extensive knowledge of the Social Services field have allowed us to broaden our scope of business and include Head Starts, Community Action Agencies, Boys and Girls Clubs, Big Brother Big Sister Programs and Rural Transportation. Enhanced commission opportunities are available in these new classes of business.
