No Fast Food except Sub Shops, Delis, & Pizza (No Hired & Non-Owned Auto Liability Coverage)

*all direct-account billed with several payments plans including 9 pay or 10 pay with EFT

Program Highlights:

Food Contamination for Advertising Injury and Business Interruption
Delivery/Catering Errors and Omissions
Water Backup

Ineligible:

Cannot be Under 30 miles from coast
Liquor Sales must be under 25% for Family Dining or under 40% for Fine Dining
Catering must be under 30% of sales
No Fast Food except Sub Shops, Delis, & Pizza (No Hired & Non-Owned Auto Liability Coverage)
