Willkie Expands Insurance Transactions and Regulatory Practice with Addition of Dewey & LeBoeuf Team

Willkie Farr & Gallagher announced that a team of 12 insurance transactional and regulatory lawyers has joined the firm from Dewey & LeBoeuf.

The team, led by Alexander M. Dye, Michael Groll, Robert S. Rachofsky and John M. Schwolsky, is one of the preeminent practices in the industry, representing insurance companies, investment banks, sponsors and other financial institutions in M&A, capital markets and regulatory matters in the U.S., London, Europe, Asia and Bermuda. The group also includes Scott D. Avitabile, Donald B. Henderson, Jr., Arthur J. Lynch, Vladimir Nicenko and Allison Tam, who will reside in the New York office, Joseph D. Ferraro and Nicholas Bugler, who will reside in the London office, and Christopher S. Petito, who will reside in the Washington, D.C. office.
