Vertafore Unveils Insurance Software Innovations at NetVU12 Conference

Vertafore, a leading provider of software that transforms the #insurance industry, showcased a range of upcoming product enhancements and releases at the 2012 Network of Vertafore Users (NetVU) Annual Conference held in Anaheim, California.

Vertafore generated customer excitement by showcasing second-half 2012 releases of its popular insurance agency software with an emphasis on mobility and insight including:

    •        WorkSmart Online– A hosted version of Vertafore’s agency process improvement solution, WorkSmart, giving agencies the flexibility to deploy content management, workload balancing and real-time production reporting tools in the way that best meets their needs, whether in their own data center, at a third party location or in Vertafore’s secure data center.
   
    •        AMS360 v6.5 – Featuring the new next generation experience of insurance agency management system AMS360 announced in February, version 6.5 puts client and policy information right in the agent’s hand via their mobile device so customer needs can be met regardless of if the agent is in the office, on the road or onsite with clients.

In addition to WorkSmart Online and AMS360 v6.5, Vertafore announced the general availability of the following solutions:

    •        Pipeline Manager v2.3 - Key enhancements in Vertafore’s insurance sales management solution offer actionable mobility features including the ability to add or update prospect information from a mobile device such as an iPad or smartphone. Version 2.3 further bolsters an agent’s ability to track all potential opportunities which ensures no lead is neglected. The release reflects Vertafore’s continued effort to help agencies sell more, manage less and forecast accurately.
  
    •        ReferenceConnect v6.0- A new version of the industry’s most comprehensive online knowledge solution, featuring navigation enhancements and design features to further expedite and improve the way agencies and carriers find critical risk information quickly.

Also coming later in 2012, ReferenceConnect will include a mobile device experience allowing producers, agents, and field underwriters to use ReferenceConnect anytime, anywhere.
