Most recently, Scott Goodreau served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Administration and Corporate Relations for Specialty Underwriters’ Alliance, Inc., a specialty property and casualty insurance company, which was recently acquired by Tower Group, Inc. Scott also headed up the company’s operations analysis and risk management functions.
Previously, Scott served as Vice President & General Counsel for AscendantOne, Inc. a business unit of Insurance Services Office, Inc., and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a real estate development company. Scott began his career as an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in its corporate department. Scott holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.
