Prior to joining NIP Group Mr. Springer held senior executive positions with AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. and Prudential Insurance Company. Mr. Springer is a member of several industry associations and is the President Elect and member of the Board of Directors of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association.
