Marsh Appoints Head of U.S. Renewable Energy Practice

Marsh, a leading insurance broker and risk advisor, announced the appointment of Peter Mavraganis as U.S. leader of its Renewable Energy Practice. In this role, he will oversee Marsh's support for its clients in renewable energy development, including solar, wind, biomass, and biofuel energy projects.

Mr. Mavraganis brings more than 35 years of experience in energy, power, utilities, and environmental risk management and insurance to the role. He succeeds Mark Fishbaugh, who will now lead Marsh efforts in support of clients involved in the construction of new U.S. nuclear facilities. Mr. Fishbaugh will also remain a key member of Marsh's Renewable Energy team.

Mr. Mavraganis is based in Marsh's New York office and will report to Mr. McGarvey.
