Marsh Appoints Evan Freely as Global Leader of Political Risk & Trade Credit Practice

Marsh, the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor, today announced the appointment of Evan Freely as the Global Political Risk & Trade Credit Practice Leader.  
  
Mr. Freely will be based at the firm's world headquarters in New York and will report to Sandy Vietor, president of the Global Specialties Division of Marsh. He joins Marsh from Willis, where he was responsible for developing and managing that firm’s Financial Solutions Team for Trade Credit and Political Risk insurance in the U.S. Previously, Mr. Freely was with Aon Trade Credit as a business development professional for large corporations and financial institutions.  
  
Earlier in his career, Mr. Freely was with Chemical Bank, where he was responsible for credit analysis in the Commercial Loan department. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Finance and an M.S. in International Business.
