Tim McDougald, formerly the Morristown, New Jersey, Office Head, has been named the New York Metro Partnership Global Risk Management (GRM) Segment Leader. Renee Dube-Stumbras, previously the New York Metro Partnership Sales Leader, succeeds Mr. McDougald as Morristown Office Head.
Mr. McDougald will be responsible for Marsh’s client services for the GRM segment, which serves the firm’s largest and most complex clients, within the New York Metro Partnership. The New York Metro Partnership consists of Marsh’s New York headquarters and offices in Morristown, New Jersey; Norwalk, Connecticut; and Melville, New York. He joined Marsh in 1989 as a casualty broker and has more than 20 years of experience working with clients spanning a variety of industries. He was named Morristown Office Head in 2006.
Ms. Dube-Stumbras also brings more than 20 years of industry experience to her new role. Since joining Marsh in 1996, she has held several leadership roles in compliance, sales, and Marsh Risk Consulting. She has extensive experience in providing risk management advisory and consulting services to clients within Marsh’s GRM and National Brokerage segments. She was named New York Metro Partnership Sales Leader in 2007.
Both Mr. McDougald and Ms. Dube-Stumbras will report to David Liston, Marsh’s New York Metro Partnership Leader.
