Hub International Acquires Assets of the Ross Benefits Group

Hub International Limited, a leading insurance brokerage firm, announced today that it has acquired the assets of The Ross Benefits Group, Ltd., a New York City-based employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.  Ross is the Group Health and Benefits division within The Ross Companies and is the sole division of the Ross Companies affiliated with this transaction. The employees of Ross will become part of the Hub International Northeast Limited team and will move into Hub’s existing office in Manhattan, reporting to Joseph Torella, President, Employee Benefits Division, Hub International Northeast.
