Chartis today announced that it has renamed one of its core divisions as Growth Enterprises, replacing the previous division name, Small Business. Growth Enterprises, established in 2001, delivers innovative products and industry-leading platforms to growing companies in a wide range of industries.

Based in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, Growth Enterprises maintains an extensive footprint across the United States, with 220 employees serving more than 60,000 policyholders and over 5,000 insurance brokers. The division provides management liability, professional liability, excess casualty, environmental, and accident and health products, and also maintains construction, financial institutions and programs practices.

“We believe the name Growth Enterprises effectively captures the character and entrepreneurial drive of our customer segment,” said Brian Inselberg, President of Growth Enterprises. “Our new name exemplifies our commitment of providing solutions for the diverse needs of our broad customer base.”

Growth Enterprises leverages a paperless environment, broker self-service quote/bind/issue platforms such as eExcessSM and iWorks®, and uniquely skilled underwriting and service teams to provide creative solutions to a wide variety of exposures for brokers and their customers.
