Matochik spent the last five years as director of strategic initiatives in the Office of the President where she developed and directed the mission, goals, objectives and implementation of The Council’s new programs and initiatives. She is a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University where she earned a B.S. in journalism with a concentration in international and comparative politics. Before joining The Council, she worked at a technology solutions firm in New York and an international advertising firm in Atlanta.
Matochik was named to this position after Nicole Allen took a new role at Swiss Re as Senior Vice President/State Regulatory Officer-Direct Commercial Insurance.
