As a certified presenter, she frequently shares her knowledge and expertise at local ASCnet chapter meetings and during TENCon, ASCnet's annual Technology, Education and Networking Conference.
Lacroix is part of the management team at Southland Insurance Service, a multi-site property and casualty brokerage in southwestern Ontario, Canada. Before joining Southland in June 2011, she served as vice president-personal lines at HUB International for four years following HUB International's acquisition of a brokerage in which she was a shareholder and at which she had worked at for 11 years.
An ASCnet Certified Presenter since 1997, Lacroix has served locally as president of South-Western Ontario Users Group Applied Systems (1998-2000 and 2009), as a member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario Technology Committee, and as an advisory board member with several insurance companies. Her "national" ASCnet involvement includes service as Interface Committee member, regional director and, since 2010, board member and liaison to the Education and Interface Committees.
