Axis Insurance Services, LLC announced on Monday it has achieved a new level of company growth with the promotions of Ms. Justina Confer, Ms. Heather Verdui and the hiring of Ms. Tania Enders.“As our company continues to achieve success, it creates a need for good people. Justina Confer has been with the company for over 3 years and has been promoted to the position of Vice President of HR and Finance. Her new responsibilities will include payroll, benefit management, staff evaluations and the handling of other finance/compliance matters. Smith said, “Justina’s strong commitment to the company and its continued growth has put her in a position of trust and I know she will continue to lead our company as it continues to grow.”
Heather Verdui has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Operations. In this role, she will be responsible for managing our customer services team and operational needs. Having grown from an entry level position within the company, she is extremely familiar with the company’s diverse national clientele. “Heather’s continuous dedication to the company will help create efficient working processes and move Axis forward towards continued success.”
Tania Enders is a seasoned Marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in Integrated Marketing. She has recently joined the Axis team as a Marketing Manager and will be responsible for corporate marketing decisions, social media strategies, content development on all Axis websites, e-mail campaigns and the company’s presence at trade shows and conferences.
