Aon Risk Solutions Names Chris Baudouin CEO, Aon Global Client Network

Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business of Aon Corporation today announced the appointment of Christopher Baudouin as chief executive officer of the Aon Global Client Network.

The Aon Global Client Network of offices is the largest majority-owned network. With a team of more than 1,200 professionals, the Aon Global Client Network specializes in providing risk management advice and delivering superior service to multinational clients in every segment.

Most recently, Baudouin served in a dual capacity as president and CEO of Aon Risk Solutions Mexico and chief operating officer of Aon Risk Solutions in Latin America. In his new role, he assumes responsibility for the international Aon Global Client Network team.

Prior to joining Aon, Baudouin was CEO of Alexander & Alexander Mexico and served as managing director and senior partner responsible for all operations in Mexico, including property/casualty, marine, employee benefits, bonds, finance and administration and seven branch offices. Earlier, he was a partner in Asesores Kennedy and served as an account executive in the international/major account business unit, where he serviced large Mexican, U.S. and European clients.

Baudouin received a bachelor's degree in political science and economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He also earned a diploma in Advanced Management from the Pan American Institute for Senior Management in Mexico City. He is a past board member and president of the ABC Medical Center, a member and Forum Chairman of the Young Presidents' Organization and past president of the National Insurance Brokers' Association.
