In his new role, Mr. Kennedy will work with clients across Canada to diagnose current issues and opportunities related to employee and organizational health, and to design and implement health programs aligned with business priorities. He brings 15 years’ of experience working with organizations to design, develop and deliver effective workplace health programs.

Mr. Kennedy has a Bachelors degree specializing in health promotion. Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, he co-founded a firm providing disability management, occupational health, wellness and occupational medicine services. He has also worked for a leading provider of employee and family assistance programs as a subject matter expert in health management, as well as a national human resources consulting and administration firm.
Mr. Kennedy’s appointment is effective immediately.
