Posted on 07 May 11

Helping risk management professionals better position their workers compensation and claims management programs, announced last week the availability of its Peer Benchmark Dashboard for e-CARMA users.

Developed by Travelers National Accounts and Risk Management Information Services (RMIS), the Peer Benchmark Dashboard delivers data interactively, providing a comparison of a customer's key performance outcomes to those of its industry peers.

"By offering the Peer Benchmark Dashboard, Travelers is providing risk management professionals with the information they need to identify their organizations' performance trends compared to their industry peers," said Michael Strietelmeier, Vice President, RMIS at Travelers. "The Peer Benchmark Dashboard will allow Travelers' customers to better manage their claims and risk management programs."

Available on request to e-CARMA users, the interactive Peer Benchmark Dashboard graphically presents more than 20 workers compensation performance outcomes and metrics and supports geographic analysis.

The e-CARMA suite of products includes the functionality risk managers need to monitor and analyze performance results on a day-to-day basis. Functionality includes: claims management, safety analysis, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) tracking, loss forecasting, loss/frequency rate analysis, key performance trending and risk management goal tracking. e-CARMA is a proven resource available to more than 15,000 customers and their agents and brokers. The easy-to-use, customizable system delivers intuitive functionality that helps to manage an organization's total cost of risk.
