Chartis Announces Private & Non-Profit Management Liability Market Trends Seminar Series

Chartis is holding a series of management liability market trends seminars for private companies and non-profit organizations titled “Private Company & Non-Profit Management Liability Risks: Perception or Reality.”

The multi-city series, hosted by the Executive Liability division, will feature a panel of leading national law firms who will address emerging issues and exposures faced by private companies and non-profit organizations. Among those firms represented by panel speakers throughout the series include Alston & Bird, Baker Botts, Davis Wright Tremaine, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge, Fulbright & Jaworski, Goodwin Procter, Husch Blackwell Sanders, King & Spalding, Kutak Rock, Lane Powell Spears Lubersky LLP and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. John Gambale, President of the Private Company and Non-Profit Division of Executive Liability, will serve as moderator.

The seminar series will also feature Reputation Partners, a nationally renowned crisis communications and public relations consultant, who will provide case studies of solutions implemented by private companies and non-profit organizations to mitigate reputational damage and manage crises in the face of management liability exposures.

The seminars will be offered at no cost, and have been approved for continuing education credits for insurance brokers. Each session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with breakfast included.
