CNA recently announced enhancements to its Real Time Quoting system that provides producers an easy, fast, agent-centered approach to quoting Small Business accounts with more efficiency and confidence in data entry.

As part of the global insurer's full suite of agency automation solutions for Small Business, CNA's newest Real Time Quoting solution enables Small Business agents and brokers to obtain bindable quotes and proposal letters for CNA Connect(R), Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Automobile, without leaving their agency management systems. This streamlined quoting process will allow Small Business agents to remarket their renewals in less time, eliminate the need to re-key customer data, and reduce transaction costs.

In addition, Small Business agents and brokers can use CNA's full suite of automation solutions to download current policy data and perform real time policy, billing, and claim inquiries all within their agency management systems.

"CNA is committed to providing our agents with efficient and effective methods to help grow their Small Business book of business," said Belen Tokarski, assistant vice president of Small Business Technology and Agency Solutions, CNA. "Our new Real Time Quoting solution enhances our ability to electronically interface with agents, and has received very positive initial feedback from agency personnel."
