Barney & Barney LLC, one of California’s largest and longest-standing insurance brokerages, announced today the release of the firm’s 2010 State of Pay Reports for CEOs, CFOs and Boards of Directors. The reports were compiled by Barney & Barney’s Compensation Consulting Practice and are designed to provide an overview of compensation levels and trends at publicly traded companies in San Diego.
In these reports, Barney & Barney shares findings on compensation elements including base salaries, cash bonuses and equity compensation. The reports also provide trends on how compensation programs have changed over the last two years.
