Aon Hewitt, the leading human resource consulting and outsourcing firm of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced that its Targeted Insights & Solutions practice earned 28 awards in 2010 for excellence in providing personalized employee communication services on behalf of clients. This practice provides personalized services to clients that enhance awareness and guide employees to take active roles in their benefits planning.
The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, the International Academy of the Visual Arts and the League of American Communication Professionals LLC honored the personalized communication practice for a variety of projects, including total rewards statements, open enrollment guides, benefit summaries and other employee communications.
